Registration Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be received in writing (via email is acceptable) by September 24, 2008. A $50 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. NO CANCELLATIONS WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER SEPTEMBER 24, 2008.

Hotel Rooms Cancellation Policy:
The hotel cut-off date for room reservations at the state rate is September 10, 2008. ROOMS CANCELLED AFTER SEPTEMBER 10, 2008 MAY BE SUBJECT TO A CANCELLATION FEE. TARC WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ROOM RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS.
