2008-2009 TARC Officers Elected

The following local elected officials were elected as officers of the Association for the 2008-2009 year.

TARC President – Charles McMichael, Cass County Judge

TARC 1st Vice President – Terry Henley, Alderman, City of Meadows Place

TARC 2nd Vice President – Patti Jones, Lubbock County Commissioner

Also selected to serve on the TARC Executive Committee in non-voting capacities are: L.D. Williamson, Executive Director, Ark-Tex Regional Council of Governments as Board Secretary and Leodoro Martinez, Executive Director, Middle Rio Grande Development Council, as Chair of the Executive Directors’ Council.
