The Alamo Area Council of Governments (AACOG) is a voluntary association of organizations, both governmental and nogovernmental, in the 12 county region of Atascosa, Bandera, Bexar, Comal, Frio, Gillespie, Guadalupe, Karnes, Kendall, Kerr, Medina, and Wilson counties. AACOG services as a centralized staff for planning, research, information distribution, and coordination of activities for the twelve regions and membership organizations. AACOG is a clearinghouse for state and federal funding. AACOG provides technical assistance and administration of funds on local state or federal grant funding.
Board of Directors Meeting Date:
The third Wednesday of each month, except in June and December when semi-annual meetings are held at locations outside AACOG offices
