The Texoma Council of Governments is a partnership of governments and public representatives which will continually improve the economic, social and educational opportunities for the citizens of Cooke, Grayson and Fannin Counties by developing resources and developing quality programs and services.
Executive Committee Meeting Date:
The Executive Committee meets on the third Thursday of each month, except during those months when the Full Governing Body meets; the Full Governing Body meets the third Thursday of March, June, September, and December.
