Rio Grande Council of Governments Announces New Executive Director

TARC extends congratulations to Annette Gutierrez, who was selected as the new Executive Director of the Rio Grande Council of Governments (RGCOG) by the RGCOG Board of Directors on February 20, 2009. Ms. Gutierrez currently serves as the Regional Services Director of the COG. She succeeds Judge Jake Brisbin, who was killed in a plane crash on September 15, 2008, while surveying flood damage along the U.S./Mexican border near Presidio.
