Federal Stimulus Grants - Pre-Application Process
Before an entity is eligible to apply for stimulus money, they must complete a registration process that includes: requesting a DUNS (Data Universal Numbering System) number, registering with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) and registering an E-Business Point of Contact through FedConnect. Specific steps and additional information can be found on the TML website and on the TAC website.
